Jodi Stein, President, is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington. Jodi joined Tom Call in 1986 after receiving a BS in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Finance. She began her career at Tom McCall as a Recruiter and moved on to become VP/General Manager in 1994. Jodi became President in 2002. She is involved in all areas of recruiting, as well as business brokering and consultative services.

Beverly Schoeling, Vice President, received her BS degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. She is also certified to teach mathematics and physics. Beverly joined Tom McCall & Associates in 1988 as an Assistant Recruiter. She quickly moved on to be an Account Manager. She became Vice President of Operations in 2002 while continuing her work as a Senior Recruiter.

Lucy Harper, Senior Recruiter and Account Manager earned her BS Degree majoring in Marketing from Illinois State University. Before joining Tom McCall & Associates in 1997, Lucy worked for Libby McNeil & Libby Research Company, Div. of Nestle Co. as an Administrative Assistant, gaining experience in HR , Budgets, Payroll and Cost Accounting. She was promoted to Administrative Manager which included a relocation to Connecticut where she assisted in the consolidation of the Research and Development Division at company headquarters. Upon completion, Lucy returned to Chicago, Illinois, and joined Availco Corp., an inter-modal truck leasing firm as an Assistant Controller. As a member of the Executive Recruitment team at Tom McCall, Lucy manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting.

Penny Upjohn, Senior Recruiter and Account Manager, graduated with a BA from York University in Toronto, Canada, with a double major in Psychology and Sociology. Penny started in the recruiting business while in college, recruiting students for summer positions. Upon graduation, she married and moved to London,England where she did recruiting in the computer industry. Her next move was to New York City where she worked for both the Australian and New Zealand Consulates. Penny’s last move was to the Chicago area where she joined Tom McCall & Associates in 1997. As a member of the Executive Recruitment team at Tom McCall, Penny manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full life-cycle recruiting.
